Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors of Churchbridge Daycare are elected at the annual general meeting, which is held following our fiscal year end in August. Any parent or guardian, not employed at the daycare may be elected to the Board of Directors. Board members serve a two year term and then may be re-elected.
The Board of Directors and the Daycare management meet once a month to make major decisions regarding financial, personnel, and operating policies at the daycare. Changes and additions to existing polices must be adopted by the majority of the board members.
All parents using this daycare must pay a membership fee of $1.00 as outlined in our Corporation by laws. Members are eligible to attend and vote at all general meetings.
